If your business is suitable for one of these topics or themes of travel or technology that would lend themselves equally well to a function history. These stories also have the advantage of being used in additional parts of a newspaper lifestyle section or one of the special Sunday sections. If you can get your feature in one of these would be double the purchase as it has been demonstrated that people have more time to carry paper on a leisurely Sunday than any other day of the week which means more eyes on your story and more time to digest the contents.
To make your function something a newspaper wants to publish, here is a few secrets to help you better sell your content. For one, you want to have an attention grabbing headline. Failure to so will the editor create one of their own design, but you will have so much personal interest in getting people to read the story as you? Probably not. The title may actually be the important aspect of your story. Ask yourself some questions about the article and find a headline that answers these questions in a way which summarizes meat of the article. If you can make it clever and witty, so much the better. But try not to get too cute. Nobody likes it. Finally, the contents will be written in a style similar to the other articles in the newspaper. Review a question or two, and create your article with these templates in mind.
